Do all the general items that can be made with food need to have the Recipe category?

Excellent question. I believe the original intent of this category was to group items that came from either Tayce or Zess T. That may or may not match all the items that are made with food. Wayoshi ( T·C·@ ) 19:42, 3 October 2006 (EDT)
