When Donkey and Diddy Kong enter Crowded Cavern, they find the Squeekly Family sleeping quietly in the rocks. In order to progress through the level, the Kongs must use a nearby Rocket Barrel, though it gives off a loud noise that awakens the entire Squeekly Family. The Big Squeekly and the other Squeeklys then start to furiously chase and attack the Kongs throughout the level for awakening them from their sleep.
