How about this: We forget about the to-do list link and have a link leading to the pipe plaza, right by "Help Us Maintain This Page"? That would help and it would be good to both sides, plus it wouldn't clutter up the main page as much as a new box would.

I've pretty much got the idea down and the link is on there, but I'm having a little trouble moving it under the proposals box like it's supposed to be. If you could give me a little help there, I'd really appreciate it.

It should be on the bottom left under the proposals box.
