Players who reach the end of the obstacle course win. If all players are eliminated, the minigame ends in a tie.

Sick and Twisted is a 4-Player minigame that is found in Mario Party 8. The name of this minigame comes from a phrase that is said about a person who is exceedingly mean and mad.
