A Shroom Fry is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. The Shroom Fry is created by cooking a Mushroom or a Super Shroom. The item heals six HP and two FP, and sells for five coins. There is a trick to get free shop points using this. First, buy as many Mushrooms as you can hold at the Rogueport shop. Take them to Zess T. next door to cook them all. Then return and sell them back to the shopkeeper. This will earn you no monetary profit, but your shop points will increase for free!
Once Mario has given Zess T. the Cookbook, a Dried Shroom can also be used to cook a Shroom Fry. Since Dried Shrooms only cost two coins from West Rogueport, Mario will make a profit of three coins per Shroom Fry sold.
