Rafa Romero is a Spanish voice actor. He provides the voice of Luigi in the European Spanish dub of the 1993 Super Mario Bros. film. He reprises the role of Luigi in the European Spanish dub of the animated film The Super Mario Bros. Movie. He is known for providing the Spanish dub for Rigby in Regular Show, Cuphead in The Cuphead Show!, Wade Whipple in the Sonic the Hedgehog film series, and Benny in The Lego Movie and its 2019 sequel (voiced by Charlie Day) and Emmet in the trailers of the latter.

He is also the younger brother of voice actor Guillermo Romero (the Spanish voice of Mario in the animated movie).
