Psycho Kamek
Psycho Kamek is a strange white garbed Magikoopa hypnotist who lives in Little Fungitown during the events of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. After Mario was diagnosed with Bean Fever, Luigi had to go to Guffawha Ruins to retrieve the Crabbie Grass. However, Luigi lacked courage to go on his own so he visited Psycho Koopa to help him get his courage back. Psycho Koopa put a spell on Luigi to make him think he was Mario to give him confidence.
Psycho Kamek seems to be a bit senile, attempting to hypnotize a Toad into believing he was a Toad, he can also sometimes be seen purposely trying to hypnotize himself in front of a mirror. This has caused the residents of Little Fungitown to begin to refer to him as Psycho Kamek. There are also speculations that Kamek and Psycho Kamek are the same people (the latter being older), but this has been disproved because Kamek appears as young as he was during the events of Super Princess Peach and the Mario Party series.
Also, it should be noticed that Kamek is Japenese for "Magikoopa", so his name may actually be "Psycho Magikoopa"
