The Coin Battle World is a secret world found only in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Although it is never used in story mode, it acts as extra levels exclusive to Coin Battle.

This level starts off with an area resembling the stage from Mario Bros. containing Red Koopa Troopas and a POW Block. Hitting the POW Block makes coins and a Star Coin fall from the ceiling. Two of the Brick Blocks also contain Mushrooms. It is noteworthy that none of the Brick Blocks can be shattered in this area, they just simply turn into Used Blocks.
