Since Blue has no use for it, he decides to give it to the [[Kong]]s. The bowling ball is an item that appears in Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!, and is acquired as part of a trading sequence.

When Dixie and Kiddy Kong deliver Blizzard's present to Blue, it is revealed to be a bowling ball. Since Blue has no use for it, he decides to give it to the Kongs.
