Yold Desert is an area in the world of Lineland in Super Paper Mario. The Yold Ruins are found deep in the desert. Throughout the Yold Desert, the Ancients left clues on how to progress. This level is notable for having the first boss battle in the game, against O'Chunks.

Trivia
- The Yold Desert's name derives from a corruption of a combination of the and old, followed by desert, which is what it is. Part of its name may have driven inspiration from the Yoll Graveyard from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and, though less likely, Yarna Desert from The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening.
