The Border Bros. are the brothers that guard the Beanbean Borderlands in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. In order to pass into the Beanbean territory, you must complete their game of jumping across a rope.
You must avoid hitting the rope three times with either character or you must restart the challenge. After beating them, Mario has the option come back and challenge them again, but the game is harder every time Mario beats it. Doing so earns them more Teehee Beans.
Some consider them to be beanified Hammer Bros.
Trivia
- The final rope jumping stage is titled Border Jump Sunshine, which is probably based off of the GameCube game Super Mario Sunshine which was released one year prior to Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga.
