Flame-Gear Tower, or Acorn Plains-File:Fort Icon.png, is the tower of Acorn Plains, and subsequently, the third course of New Super Luigi U. It is unlocked by completing Crooked Cavern, and its own completion unlocks Rolling Yoshi Hills.
Layout
The main room has many stone gears and Rocket Engines, as well as Dry Bones on a platform right before the door to Boom Boom's battle. To the right, there is an invisible ? Block with a Fire Flower.
Star Coins
- Star Coin 1: At the right side of the first gear. Luigi must avoid the Rocket Engines near it.
- Star Coin 2: Near four Rocket Engines. The player must be quick to escape them.
- Star Coin 3: Just below the door leading to the boss.
Luigi Sightings
- At the left side of the highest gear, there is an 8-bit jumping Luigi.
