Pressing the Star Switch will cause the [[Power Star]] to appear in the [[Star Sphere]] on the other side of the body of water. In order to reach it in time, the player has to ride the Shiny Shell over the Star Switch to activate it and then ride across the water to reach the Power Star. Template:Missionbox Koopa Surfin' Switch Star is the fifth mission of Dire, Dire Docks, exclusive to Super Mario 64 DS. This mission requires Wario to be unlocked.
Layout
On the surface of the first area are several Black Bricks Wario has to destroy. Underneath one of them is the Star Switch and underneath another is a Shiny Shell. Pressing the Star Switch will cause the Power Star to appear in the Star Sphere on the other side of the body of water. In order to reach it in time, the player has to ride the Shiny Shell over the Star Switch to activate it and then ride across the water to reach the Power Star. If the player ends up losing the Shiny Shell, it will respawn in its original location after a short time.
