When they hit Wario, he will lose some of his coins and be thrown back. Blue Birds can be defeated by jumping on their heads and sometimes Wario has to take advantage of this, using them as stepping stones to reach higher locations. Birds are avian creatures that Wario commonly encounters during his adventures in the Wario Land (series). Their relation to the Brown Sugar Pirates is unclear, but they oppose Wario nevertheless. Though they always remain bird-related, their appearence and function changes drastically between the different installments.
Role in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3
