Last Illusion

I'm not too familiar with the Final Fantasy series (besides the characters appearing in the Kingdom Hearts games), so I'm wondering how is Last Illusion a play on Final Fantasy? Nightwicked Bowser 10:05, November 23, 2023 (EST)

Tangentially related, but Nintendo also published a Wii RPG alongside the original Xenoblade and Pandora’s Tower called “The Last Story,” which was directed by Hironobu Sakaguchi and composed by Nobuo Uematsu. All three would famously be campaigned for by Operation Rainfall, and all three would eventually make it stateside.
