Given how much content we're lessening regarding Smash (Ctrl+F "Smash" here towards the bottom for what I mean), is this necessary? Ando's only involvement with the Mario series is that he's composed for Smash, so with this created, that would mean every composer that has arranged music (or at least Mario-related music; even then, that would still be a lot) for Smash would also have an article of them, which I think would go beyond our preferred level of coverage for the series. We also even deleted articles for the announcers per this discussion.

- He was responsible for a few Mario pieces. I'd say keep the article but remove credits for non-Mario songs, such as "Green Greens" and "Mother 2" (except maybe "Menu 1" from Melee since it pertains to the Smash series itself). -- KOOPA CON CARNE 08:46, October 1, 2023 (EDT)
- Which is my point; he's arranged some Mario songs but so have many other composers who were brought onto Smash, so would we create articles for them too (including those that have only done one or two songs)?

- IMO if they were tangent with the Mario franchise at some point, I don't see a reason not to make pages for them. Same with the Smash announcers, who shout the names of characters like Mario and Peach; the removal of their wiki pages is not exactly something I endorse. -- KOOPA CON CARNE 08:26, October 2, 2023 (EDT)
- I agree with Koopa con Carne, I think that if a composer arranged a Super Mario-related theme, should get an article. If they only arranged non-Super Mario-related themes in the Super Smash Bros. series, they should not receive an article, and I don't think we should include non-Super Mario themes they arranged for Super Smash Bros. in their articles (such as "Green Greens" and "Mother 2" in this case). - Ando at least had a whole game to himself where he did several Mario tracks, so I'll drop the tag for now. Still not sure about composers arranging a single Mario song getting their own articles (might make a list of composers that did Mario tunes since it's related to something unrelated I'm working on).
