The Wilt Shroom is a mushroom rewarded to Mario in the Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars video game. It is an old mushroom that has become weak due to lack of water and had dried up.(As plants become wilted as a result of lack of water and being dried up from the sun) It recovers 10 HP to an ally. It is rewarded to Mario by either Grate Guy or Knife Guy when playing their respective games.

Trivia
- The Wilt Shroom is very similar to the Dried Shroom used in the Paper Mario series.
