| In ''[[Yoshi's Story]]'', White Yoshi debuted with white skin and cyan shoes with a red saddle. This design has gone unchanged. Some White Yoshi's tend to be born with wings similar to Angel wings. It is unknown if Black Yoshis share this trait also. They were also in [[Yoshi's Island DS]]. They were unlockable by getting a perfect 800 in a world when they were then able to be played in the unlockable course.
