An excellent game. Great levels, great power-ups, and its great how the adventure continues even after simply saving [[Princess Peach]] and beating [[Bowser]]. [[Yoshi]] is an excellent addition. Currently I have 226 stars. I don't especially like [[Spring Mario]], but thats just personal opinion...
 
And yet this game has no complex plot when compared to the original, is notoriously hard, has difficulty spikes, some power-ups have onresponsive controls (namely the [[Spring Mushroom]], [[Star Ball]] and [[Fluzzard]] and also glitches.

I've beaten the game, and had an absolute blast doing so. And yet, to be honest, if it wasn't for the Power Shots, it shouldn't have been a ''Mario'' game.
