Hi everyone! I'm Starry Windy, the resident Victini. You can call me Starry. Usually I come here for some Mario Kart information, even though I would also check on some others while I'm at it. Btw, I know some Chinese (while still learning), so sometimes you might see me add or edit some Chinese translation lines.

How do I get in here, you ask? I was intrigued by some tracks in Mario Kart Tour, notably Singapore Speedway among others (personally, I prefer Singapore Splash better). However, for some odd reason, I can't edit as an anon, so I proceeded to join (even though it wasn't easy at first), and here I am. Usually I'm just passing through, and I hope you'll be kind to me and all :)

P.S. Please don't confuse me with another Windy over here, okay? That Windy and me are totally different users.
