Hello I am Marshal Dan Troop law of the wiki. My job is to protect the law abiding users of this wiki as well as punishing those who violate them with my trusty block gun (I call him Kenshin named after the ruler of my favorite Fief in the game Nobunaga's Ambition). If you feel that someone is violating the rules please do not hesitate too ask me on my opinion. And if you see someone vandalizing by blanking pages or committing personal attacks please don't issue them a warning instead consult me or any other admin and we will take care of it. If someone is harassing you do not take matters for no reason come to me or one of the admins before doing anything because I don't want to have to warn you for accidentally breaking the rules. And if you have warnings don't fret you can always turn things around look at me at one point I was blocked for 6 months and now i'm a patroller of this fine wiki. If you are having trouble finding contributing remember this gnomework is just as important as major edits in my eyes because someone is going to come around and create the article on the new enemies in the newest Mario Game but most will ignore adding it to the enemies list or adding in an important category because it isn't a glory edit (that's an edit that's considered notable) but it's important none the less because it helps with organization. Another thing to note if you aren't a very good writer or you aren't very knowledgeable on the subject don't create articles because it's annoying for other to have to fix them instead focus on small things like spelling mistakes (also don't turn the British spelling of a word into the American spelling because we are on a first come first serve basis) or add relevant templates and categories because every good edit helps. Hell about 80% of my mainspace edits are minor and I got promoted. Also remember that asking to be promoted is not acceptable while it prolly wont lead to a warning (unless you do it constantly) and many beginners do it because they don't know any better it will not be tolerated from veterans and will just lower there chances of being promoted. Also if you want to be part of the community I suggest you check out the chatroom or forums or you could try joining the Shroom (I write the trivia section of the fun stuff so if you have any little known facts or corrections of my facts just let me know and I will credit you in the section.)
