Hey, this seems like a dumb request, but... Apparently, my Shaymin sig image is linked to more pages than my Regigigas sig image... I've grown curious why that is. I believe some Users might've used it without my permission. So, this may be a big request, but could you please check it out for me? I have to go now, so I can't check myself. Sorry.

:What's the big deal? You haven't created those images. Would be waste of server space to make other users upload the very same image under a different name. - 08:08, 6 April 2008 (EDT)

German Names
Hello, Cobold, maybe you could help me with the explanation of a few German names? I'm not that happy with the explanation of Susel Dusel and Susel Wusel, the "Susel" should be mentioned someway, but I don't know in which way. And the explanation of "Dusel" is surely not the best, too. Another name: I'm very unsure about the meaning of O'Klock. Maybe it is a pun on "Kloppen" (what's the English equivalent?) and "knock out", but this might be already too far-fetched, or? If it helps you, he often says "Auf die Klocke!" in the German version when he wants to fight. First, I wanted to write that his name comes from this phrase which is a pun on "Auf die Glocke!", but I don't know an English equivalent, too. --Grandy02 14:44, 22 May 2008 (EDT)

:I think that "O'Klock" is a pun on English "o'clock". About the rest, I really have no idea either. - 15:07, 22 May 2008 (EDT)

::Thanks for help, "o'clock" didn't came to my mind for some reason. But I still don't know how this refers to the character. Perhaps a pun on a random English phrase because he seems to be some kind of "Scottish"? --Grandy02 15:18, 22 May 2008 (EDT)

::::::Thanks! It's actually some kind of mix between the Paper Mario series and the traditional platformers (the article also implies that). One of the heaviest differences to the two other Paper Marios is that the fights aren't round-based, and in the style of platformers instead. Otherwise, it has a lot of elements from the prequels, like solving puzzles by a clever use of the abilities of the heroes and their partners (Pixls in this case). Or speaking with NPCs, there's a lot of dialogue again. And a base town like Roqueport with lots of people that you can explore. But I think it's better if you try out by yourself. I love the game, but each to his own. --Grandy02 08:36, 23 May 2008 (EDT)

Do you think that I explained Aerona right? --Grandy02 14:13, 5 June 2008 (EDT)

::Thanks! Do you know what should be written about Crucius and Crucillus? "cruci" is Latin for "cross", but what about their suffixes? --Grandy02 05:19, 6 June 2008 (EDT)
:::If you allow me to interfere ;), -us is just a regular masculine suffix and -illus is its diminutive form. 05:52, 6 June 2008 (EDT)

:I agree. And Mario Party 2 is even still much better than Party 3. The capsule system was quite a misconception. They ended up being the same as items, but different. - 12:29, 25 May 2008 (EDT)

::I know. They always had to make the items bigger and better. Personally, I like having a Genie take you to the star. It seemed more original. But, yeah, I'm planning on getting Mario Party 2 by the end of summer vacation.
Donkey Kong series
Your user page tells that you don't like teh [sic!] Donkey Kong series. Would you tell why? Of course, everyone has different likings, I'm just curious. :-) If you don't want to tell, then you don't need to. --Grandy02 12:45, 25 May 2008 (EDT)
:That sentence is just random nonsense. I can't tell because I haven't played any Donkey Kong game. I just don't like Diddy very much, would rather have had other characters in Brawl. - 13:03, 25 May 2008 (EDT)
Yoshirulesbrides
Uh... sorry to bug you, Cobold, but, if you can, view the bottom of Yoshirulesbrides userpage. It seems that he has his password visible on his page. I was wondering if this isn't allowed, or he shouldn't have that on a visble page?
:You're right. The Mario Wiki isn't World of Warcraft. There is no reason to give out any passwords. - 13:24, 2 June 2008 (EDT)
::Nice way that was put :D... alright. Thanks.
SMRPG
Here is the official Japanese Virtual Console site, Super Mario RPG is the last game before the Nintendo 64 section.
::Did you get my message up there?
:::I was just adding the source to the article. Thanks for keeping me up to date. - 13:38, 2 June 2008 (EDT)
::::No problem. I'm trying to see if there is any info on a North American release, but Nintendo refuses to give anything but their generic messages. -_-"
::::Sorry about adding the US on the SMRPG article, but that's what we had last time. I'm sending (another) email to Nintendo asking about this, maybe if I'm lucky I won't get a generic reply. If that happens, I'll tell you if I have any info. :)
:::::I just emailed Nintendo. I'll tell you any information I get, if any. OK?
::::Okay, good luck in getting information out of them... which I doubt will work. - 14:04, 2 June 2008 (EDT)
:::::If that doesn't work, I know a webmaster of a site that can get info out of Nintendo(!), so the info on his site is usually pretty acurate, so I can go there, too.
Interesting System Glitch
I don't know if I'm wasting your time, but have you ever noticed this? I ran across it a few days ago and found it quite odd. 13:31, 2 June 2008 (EDT)
:Yeah, I noticed it some time ago. Those edits were made in a time the server was very unstable (on of them is a sandbox edit because I was testing if I could edit at all). The server got the time wrong then, so nothing can be changed later on. My first edits thus were before the wiki's existance. ;) - 13:34, 2 June 2008 (EDT)
:::Wow, that glitch is pretty cool! There's always new things I discover on this site that never seize to amaze me. 13:41, 2 June 2008 (EDT)
A Little Question
In the World 3 (SMB2) article, there are bios there from the ol' guide made by Nintendo Power. In the guide, it has the words "you", "you'll", and "you're". I was wondering if these words could be put there? Sorry to bug you again.
:I think that a few quotations from text sources are okay ("The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 Writers Bible" iirc), but we shouldn't have a copy of the entire guide on our pages, as we have our own information for the levels as well. - 14:17, 3 June 2008 (EDT)
::Alright. I'll just add them for the bios in the article. Thanks for answering.
More SMRPG
I did a little research on the Japanese VC release of this game, and I read that it was released on the moste Wii Shop Channel update there. If I found out what day that was, can I put it on the article?
:Go ahead. Maybe we can add an explanation into the reference tags. - 15:44, 5 June 2008 (EDT)
::'K. On the VC lineup page it didn't have NEW next to it, so I thought it was probably released, but then I found a site that said it was. I think it was updated June 3rd (because Yoshi's Cookie was to be released that day, and NEW is no longer by that game either), but I'm not entirely sure yet.
:::Really? From what I see (using Google translator) Yoshi's Cookie still has the "NEW" next to it, while SMRPG indeed doesn't. Confusing stuff. On a different note, Yoshi's Cookie has the exact release date next to it, while SMRPG still have a vague "June 2008". - 15:59, 5 June 2008 (EDT)
::::Really? Well, it sounds like it was released somewhere between the 1st and 3rd of June. This is confusing, but I think it will be in the US soon as Nintendo won't say anything about the game not being on VC anymore.
:::::Oh, I'd love to get this game. But they won't get a European release either way. - 16:29, 5 June 2008 (EDT)
::::::Actually, if there is an international release, it is likely that some European countries may be able to get the game as an import download. It is likely though because most of the higher quality games are released in the same month. I just contacted Nintendo (again...), and I should have a reply in a few hours. Good luck, though. ;)
:::::::Is it ok if I put Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars (pictured) was released on Virtual Console in Japan this week. on the news template? We could just use "this week until we get a solid date. I'm starting to think it was the 2nd because it was posted on a US site here on June 1st (and Japan is 9-15 hours ahead of the US), so it would have been th e2nd there. BTW, Yoshi's Cookie still has new because it was pushed back to the 10th of June.
::::::I'm currently unable to follow this all. Do what you think is best. - 08:03, 6 June 2008 (EDT)
:::::::It's officially released there, NoA even said it released over there now.

Um...Wow?
Your edit count PWNs mine - just as Nintendo PWNs Sony and Microsoft.
Thanks for fixing the PM:TTYD page - I'm amazed someone noticed a change to an article talk page, and so quickly.
You're an Administrator and Bureaucrat...very powerful positions!
So, you probably never heard of me...yep. And your Userpage has teh WOW factor, to the max. But who's Max? I love saying that...
