It is a gambling hall found in the [[Town Area]] of [[Shroom City (Mario Party Advance)|Shroom City]], next to [[Town Game Room B]]. It features pink and yellow electronic slot machines in front of a dark checkered wall with neon stars above them. One of the location's games is [[Scratch 'Em]], which involves scratching a series of cards to make pairs, and [[Monty Mole]] frequents it. However, he has recently been losing Scratch 'Em constantly, and asks the player to beat the game on his behalf. If the player accepts, the [[Winners Keepers]] quest begins, requiring the player to win at least one more [[coin]] than what they started with, and by doing so, Monty Mole lets them keep the game.
