Why does this one have its own article?

It needs its own article because it's a version of an Exclamation Mark Block. While all Metal Boxes are ! Blocks, not all ! Blocks are Metal Boxes. Unlike the red, yellow, and blue ones, this one has appeared also as its own item in Super Smash Bros. Melee; this is actually the main reason it has its own article.
