Official names?[edit]
Could someone please check for official names of these courses?

- Since the levels were deleted long ago, and
there's no gameplay footage of any of them on the net, I'm afraid their names are lost. But someone could email a Nintendo official to obtain them...Breaking news. The first two levels are shown in this video and they are simply called "Nintendo 1" and "Nintendo 2".
