Banana Peel or Banana Skin?

Hi! I've got a "pirate gamecard" and in this card I've got Mario Party DS. In this B. Feat. list there's the Banana Peel, but in my game, in the list, appears Banana Skin, and Banana Peel is in the decription. Which is correct?

How to unlock?

If someone could somehow show how to unlock some of the board features (I know it'll take lots of research, but I'm willing to help) It would be a massive improvement. MisterJaffffey G0 List of Mario Party DS collectibles
