Why has Frost T. been put on the implied list? I'm pretty sure he actually appears in the game, you deliver a letter to him from his nephew or something. - D'OH! He had the implied category, the page didn't mention anything about him being a NPC, and I don't have Paper Mario. Sorry.
- I guess the person who wrote the article didn't know he appeared. This is easily remedied though, I'll rewrite it. -- Sir Grodus 18:57, 27 November 2007 (EST)
