It has been requested that this article be rewritten. Reason: Inculde info on the first four actual volumes and two of the quiz books. The reason is because the Pikapika Comics versions are actually just rereleases of chapters from the four actual volumes that released in the 90’s. Also add more info of the Super Mario 64 volume.

Super Mario-kun is a series of Mario-themed comic books written by Hiroshi Takase and published by Shogakukan. They all were released from 2004 to 2006 in Japan. The books are published under the Pikkapika Comics label.
