Seaside Hill is a stage from the Sonic the Hedgehog game Sonic Heroes where it was the first stage of the game. Seaside Hill appears in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games as the Dream Event location for the Dream Alpine.
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games
Seaside Hill appears in the aforementioned game as the setting for Dream Alpine. The course retains some elements from the original game such as the checkered landscape and famous shuttle loops. Elements from Ocean Palace, the second stage in Sonic Heroes are also used such as the huge rolling rocks and the inside of the ruins. The stage itself is constantly going downhill and is covered in snow to suit the skiing. Eggman's robots patrol the stage and will wipe players out who come in contact with them.
