It is encountered in [[Thwomp Volcano]], fighting alongside [[Thwack]]s and [[Tanoomba]]s. Red Coconutters can throw their spears, as well as shoot multiple darts from a blowgun. When a Red Coconutter throws its spear, it indicates who it will attack by it's shining eye. The latter attack has a chance of [[Poison (status effect)|poisoning]] its target.
