Rally Wink is a move used by Goombella in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Rally Wink allows Goombella to give Mario another turn to attack, regardless of whether or not he has already attacked. This move can only be learned if Goombella is at the Ultra Rank. The move is executed by rapidly tapping the A or B button, depending on what is shown. This move costs four FP.
