The level's flip side reveals the labels and backsides of the handcrafted environment and buildings, some of which hold [[Easter egg]]s. Behind the tallest building in the neighborhood, it is shown that the box used for the second-highest room is from a brand named "Yo'ster Cookies," a reference to the original Japanese name for [[Yoshi's Island (place)|Yoshi's Island]], "Yo'ster Island." Another box of the same brand is used for the hill next to the Winged Cloud staircase. Near the checkpoint is a carton labeled "[[List of recurring sponsors in the Mario Kart series#Moo Moo Meadows Milk|Moo Moo Meadows Milk]]," a sponsor from ''[[Mario Kart 8]]'' and ''[[Mario Kart 8 Deluxe]]'' which is in turn derived from [[Moo Moo Meadows]] in ''[[Mario Kart Wii]]''. On the bridge, there is a green sticker labeled "HANDLE WITH CARE" that depicts two hands holding a [[? Block]]. A ? Block also appears in chocolate form on a box labeled "Caramel Blocks," used for the small hill next to the wide, hollow platform.
