Monsieur Boo is the seventh boss Toad faces in the Vs. Com mode of the SNES version of Wario's Woods. However, is the player chooses Hard Mode, Boo will be the first boss Toad battles. The ghost is found in the vine-covered hills. Monsieur Boo is a tall ghost with a red beret that obviously implies he is French (as does his name). His relationship the species Boo is unknown.

The game shortens Monsieur Boo's name to "Mssr Boo" even though "Mssr" is not the correct abbreviation for "monsieur". The correct abbreviation is simply "M".

In the Japanese version of the game, Monsieur Boo is the fifth boss Toad faces, and he is in the underground cavern instead.
