Meat is the food that replaced Mushrooms in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door during Bowser's special sidescrolling levels. Like the Mushrooms make Mario big, Meat makes Bowser bigger. they can be found by hitting a block. Getting all of the meat in the level will make bowser, and he will smash through everything in the level.
Interestingly the Meat does not appear outside Bowser's events.
