This article is under construction. Therefore, please excuse its informal appearance while it is being worked on. We hope to have it completed later today.

Missions are user friendly requests used on MarioWiki. They are not a means of competition or grant people bragging rights. After a mission, the user can add how many missions he/she has completed on his/her user page. Oh, and something good may happen when you do 30 missions.

A user can assign a set of missions. Each set will be labeled "Set 1" "Set 2", etc.. The maximum missions per set is 5 while the minimum is 3. After a set has been completed, the user can request another set at the bottom of the page. A user cannot assign a set twice in a row on the same user page. A user can work on multiple sets as well.

There is no penalty for not completing a mission. If the mission is deemed too hard for the user, the user can choose to cancel the mission. If there is a question about a particular mission, post the question on your missions talk page. When completing a mission, the user may ask the assigning user to mark complete on his mission. Users cannot label their own missions as complete. Also, the user may leave a summary after mission related edits.

To request a mission for the first time, the user must create the sub-page yourself first. The sub page should be at User:<myname>/Missions. Place a message like "Place missions here." and wait for another user to take notice. If a user wishes not to accept anymore missions, place this at the bottom of the page: '''This user has chosen not to receive any more missions. Please do not add any mission to this page.. After placing the request message, the user's mission page is automatically open to other user assigning you missions.

When assigning a mission, that user has a responsibility to listen and answer any questions the client asks. Once mission are assigned, the assigning user cannot add or change any missions to that set, so that user has to pick his missions carefully.

Descriptions of Sections

Mission – this describes the title of the mission given.

Description – the description of the mission to be done.

Difficulty – how difficult the mission is. This doesn't represent a universal view.

Completion Status – whether the mission has been completed. The editor or the one who assigned that specific mission can choose whether the mission has been completed or not on special missions. These missions can be determined by placing "(requires editor's approval)".
