Sure, maybe it has some Captain Obvious points (which I fixed) but it's all objective and straight to the point: I don't see any padding. I don't see the bad writing either; your point about "too many dots where it shouldn't be"? Do you mean periods or bullet points? Your points are very vague and I just don't see any problem with this article. Of course '''I''' wrote most of this....................so I might be a bit biased about it.
