The players must avoid shooting the Goomba target or the player will lose 10 points just for shooting the Goomba target down. The other [[mushroom]] is the [[1-Up Mushroom]] (a green [[mushroom]] from the Mario games like [[Super Mario World]] that gives [[Mario]] 1 [[extra life]] when eaten) that gives the player 30 points in total. If the player hits a Goomba panel, he or she will have 10 points deducted from his or her score. When the players only knock out the [[Mushroom]] targets, the targets attempt to change into another set of targets. The total of points can be seen at the top side of the middle target. The player who has the most points at the end of the minigame time limit wins. If both players have the same amount of points at the end of the minigame, it's a tie.

Mario wins the minigame while Wario is running away from the Goombas.

The players have to use the Wii Remote to attempt to point at the Mushroom targets and shoot it within the time limit. There are two types of mushrooms; one is the red Super Mushroom, which gives the player 10 points added to the total. The other mushroom is the green 1-Up Mushroom, which gives the player 30 points in total. If the player hits a Goomba panel, he or she will have 10 points deducted from his or her score. When the players only knock out the Mushroom targets, the targets attempt to change into another set of targets. The total of points can be seen at the top side of the middle target. The player who has the most points at the end of the minigame time limit wins. If both players have the same amount of points at the end of the minigame, it's a tie.

Ending

At the end of the minigame, the player on the wooden box wins as the player attempts to make a winning pose. The loser is chased by a group of Goombas into the forest.
