A Giant Piranha Plant is a giant Piranha Plant that resides in a quicksand pit in Dry Dry Desert in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It would eat any racing kart that entered the pit. Only the plant's head is seen, but it is even bigger than Petey Piranha's! It looks like Petey but is green with white spots.
Trivia
- If the racer goes into the pit with a star, the giant plant will not eat him/her.
- The Giant Piranha Plant also appears on a sign that reads "DANGER!!!" shortly after the part where Giant Piranha Plant is.
