#REDIRECT Food
Food can be found in Super Smash Bros. Melee. They heal the player. They can be found from Crates, Capsules, etc. They seem to be 2-D. Each piece heals significant amounts of HP; a cup of coffee may heal 2 HP when a meatloaf may heal 9. There is one food item, a rice treat, which had confused players what it was. This treat appeared in the Pokémon television series. Also, many of the foods are in the Kirby series. One food (the Banana Bunch)appears in the Donkey Kong series. Finally, by a sheer coincidence, one of the foods happens to have appeared in a handful of Mario games.
