Template:Minigame-infobox Deck Hands is a Battle minigame in Mario Party 7. The title comes from the "all hands on deck" boatswain's call.

Introduction

The cards all fall from above and land in a pile in front of Shy Guy. Sections of the floor then open up, and platforms with the players on them raise. The camera then switches to the view of Shy Guy, who then looks at the first player.

Gameplay

In this mini-game players take turns choosing cards numbered one through thirteen from the table.

However they are face down, making this a game of chance. Each player gets three turns to choose a card. In the first round the order of play is random: but in the rounds after it goes by who got the lower cards. The numbers printed on the cards range from one to thirteen, and only one of each card exists in the deck. The highest possible score is 36 and the lowest possible score is 6.

The player with the highest total value of their cards wins.

Ending

The one card remaining after the players have chosen the others returns to the center of the table, and the camera switches views to show all the players and Shy Guy. The winner then does his or her victory animation, while Shy Guy cheers in the background.
