The '''Chimp Banana''' is a special [[Items|Item]] in the game ''[[Mario Superstar Baseball]]''. It is only found in the ''Challenge Mode'' of said game and grants [[Diddy Kong]] the ability to use his [[Power Shot]], the [[Boomerang Ball]]. However, it must first be bought at the local shop, where all the special items can be bought. Once [[Donkey Kong]] has bought the Chimp Banana, Diddy Kong will finally be able to use the Boomerang Ball. Diddy Kong doesn't need this item in ''Exhibition Mode''.
