'''Board the Platforms!''' is the second bonus stage in ''[[Super Smash Bros.]]'' It is the eighth stage in Classic Mode. The stage can be accessed by playing Classic Mode, where there is a two-minute limit. It is also playable by choosing "Bonus 2 Practice" in Single-Player, where the player can choose any of the characters' levels. Like [[Break the Targets!]], each character has a specially designed course; boarding all ten platforms usually requires utilizing all or most of the characters' attacks. Unlike Break the Targets! and [[Race to the Finish! (minigame)|Race to the Finish!]], this game only appeared in the original ''Super Smash Bros.'', and is the only mode in the entire ''[[Super Smash Bros. (series)|Super Smash Bros.]]'' series for which this is the case.

The levels' designs are all different, and each has a theme that generally relates to the character. For example, Mario and Donkey Kong's stages resemble a [[Donkey Kong (game)|construction site]], and Yoshi and Pikachu's resemble a grassy land. Each stage has various obstacles, including [[Bumper (Super Smash Bros. series)|Bumper]]s, [[Flipper (Balloon Fight)|Flipper]]s, and spikes.
