A Coconut Bomb is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It is made by mixing a Coconut and a Fire Flower. When used, it deals seven damage to one enemy.
Since the ingrediants can be gathered fairly easily, making a few would be a wise choice.
