Gooper Blooper is a giant Blooper that first appeared in Super Mario Sunshine. He appears twice in Ricco Harbor and once in Noki Bay. To beat him, you have to grab his tentacles, go back, and they'll break. After you break all tentacles, grab his mouth, stretch it, and then he'll go flying. Repeat that again and he'll be defeated, giving you a Shine Sprite.
Gooper Blooper appeared again in Mario Power Tennis, where you have to play againts him in a tennis match. He uses all his tentacles in the match.
