Biff Atlas is one of the many ghosts featured in Luigi's Mansion.
Biff is actually a pretty nice guy when not provoked and will simply ignore Luigi if he enters the Rec Room where Biff resides and Luigi can do likewise. Biff also likes lillies because "they represent purity".
In order to provoke Biff into attacking him (weird plan), Luigi must smack him with one of the nearby punching bags which will cause him to come swinging at Luigi. While hes charging Biff is vulnerable to the Poltergust 3000, unfortunatly he has a strong pull and is hard to catch. After Luigi attacks Biff will return to weight lifting and Luigi must repeat the process above to catch Biff.
