Hippopos are enemies in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars that look like big blue hippos with large ears.. Mario meets these creatures on his venture in Smithy's Factory. Hippopos are usually accompanied in battle by Boos or Ninjas. They can also fly, making them masters of aerial attacks. Hippopos are also good at using various magic attacks, such as Drain Beam, Solidify or Sand Storm.
