In Paper Mario, it's found in the pink station Shy Guy's Toy Box, in an area only accessable through a hidden door opened by a Shy Guy. In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, it's found in Keelhaul Key, in an area reachable with Paper Mode. In Paper Mario, it increases Mario's attack power against fire enemies by 2, and allows him to safely jump on fire enemies. In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, it raises Mario's attack against fire enemies by 1, allows him to jump on fire enemies, and raises his defense against fire attacks by 1.
