Template:Newsubject Template:Minigame-infobox Twist Ending is a Free-for-All minigame in Mario Party 9.

Introduction

The Captain is seen walking inside the room toward a Treasure Chest. Then, the camera splits into four screens and the minigame begins.

Gameplay

The players must tilt the Wii Remote to the right direction to spin a dial and match its red line with the mark printed on the chest. However, if the player spins it too fast, the line will pass the mark and the player must spin it again. Unlocking the chest, the players must open another chest, but its dial has a faster spin. Opening it, there is a third chest, with an even faster dial. Inside this chest, there is a diamond, meaning that the player won.

Trivia

  • The name of this minigame is a pun on the term "twist ending".
