Cosmic Toads are Toads in the beta version of Super Mario Galaxy. They had purple star spots instead of circle spots on their mushroom caps. The toads had a red bow tie on their neck. They had a purple vest colored like toadsworth. The cosmic toads had yellow eyes instead of black eyes. Those Toads were affiliated with Rosalina. They replaced star bunnies in the beta version.
