Elite Goombules are a variation of Goombule found in the various insides of Bowser in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. Like their counterpart, Elite Goombules have an eggyolk shaped body with a yellow core in the center, but they wear Buzzy Beatle shells that deflect jump attacks and counterattacks. However, unlike their regular counterpart, Elite Goombules are blue.
When defeated, a single Elite Goombule offers 4 experience points, 2 Coins, and may drop either Syrup or a Mushroom.
